Personalised Products

Because personalised and customised products are made specifically for you, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

The item is defective;

The item is damaged upon arrival; or

We have made an error in fulfilling your order.

Non-Personalised Products

Where applicable, non-personalised products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
